  • The Appalachian Trail:  there is a popular trailhead right in the little town of Delaware Water Gap.  This trail leads up to Mt. Minsi, which rewards a hiker with breathtaking views of “the Gap.”

  • Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area:  Also just minutes away from the Inn, the Recreation Area consists of 70,000 acres of land along the Delaware River.  There are over 100 miles of hiking/biking trails – from level boardwalks to challenging climbs that offer breathtaking views.

    • Hiking near the Inn on the trails mentioned above is easily done on your own.  The Inn will gladly provide maps and detailed information about hiking/biking opportunities.  If you would prefer to have a guided hike, however, our staff will be happy to arrange that in advance at the time of booking.

  • Delaware River:  Canoeing and kayaking is extremely popular and our staff will connect you with outfitters.
